The fixed frame screen has cut frame assembly design that allows it to ship standard Fedex, UPS, DHL without the requirement of costly truck freight charges.

Nevertheless, the assembly is very simple, as this video shows.The frame parts are matched and the screen materialis clamped into place from the back of the frame. All screen materials are equipped with a black opaque backing. 

The "Aeon Edge Free" frame screen provides resort-grade aesthetics suitable for top tier hotels, nightclubs, and even high end home theater . The screen material is stretched over the frame using an innovative wrap-around design. In addition to enhancing aesthetics, the design increases the visible image area. The Sable fixed frame  screen series offers a superb entry-level projection screen starting from 299 EUR. The same fabric  types used with our award-winning EZ Frame frame screen series is available as an optional feature with our Sable frame design . Both series features the excellent colour neutral screen material called "CineWhite" that is developed by Elite Screens and attaches using its innovative tension connectors.  The velvet frame coating rejects light overscan while enhancing perceived contrast. This is a proven design that has been a favorite with home theater installations for more than a decade. Aspect ration options include a 16: 9 HDTV format as well as a 16:10 WUXG, 4: 3 NTSC and 2.35:1 or 21: 9 (CinemaScope) formats. For even higher demands especially for home cinema fans , Elite offers the "Peregrine series" as a top tier fixed frame screen that features a 3.5 inch (9cm) framework. It is available in either a 16:9 HDTV aspect ratio or an extra wide frame 2.35:1/ 21: 9 widescreen (Cinemascope) format.

There is even a curved frame screen option, called "Lunette". In the large public cinemas, to eliminate the pincushion effect by ensuring each point of the projection surface is at an equal distance from the projection source.  Curve designs also enhance the sense of immersion by drawing in viewers with an aesthetic appeal.
